Country Garden Group Global Future Leaders Programme – UK Recruitment


Country Garden Group Global Future Leaders programme is now officially launched! We are looking for outstanding Chinese students graduating from world’s top universities to be trained to become regional presidents of the group within five years. Supervision will be provided directly by executives on one-to-one basis; competitive salary plus benefits package will be offered.

Programme Requirements:

Target institutions: Cambridge, Oxford, Imperial College and other universities in the top 100.

Target disciplines: Real estate relevant degrees (finance, civil, structural, architectural, geotechnical, road and bridge, drainage and coastal engineering, project management, etc.)

Target population: PhD and Masters graduating in 2012, 2013, 2014 or 2015; exceptionally outstanding candidates graduating in 2016 will also be considered.


Career Development Planning:

  1. 0 to 0.5 year: Managerial level (rotation training between headquarter and different regional offices over a course of half a year )
  2. After 0.5 year: promotion to deputy project manager (taking in charge of a single project over a course of 1 to 2 years)
  3. After 2.5 years: promotion to project manager (taking in charge of multiple projects over a course of 1 to 2 years)
  4. After 5 years: promotion to regional (or vice) president based on previous years’ performance

‘6 + 2’ training mode will be used and certification will be applied.
