2015年是中英两国关系史上具有里程碑意义的一年。这一年是中英两国间首个文化交流年，在此框架下一系列高水平的创新创意活动将在两国集中展示，两国将互相举办代表各自文化及创新创意产业最高水平的交流活动。为促进两国高水平创新创意交流，第九届全英高层次人才创新创业大赛将于6月21日在剑桥大学拉开帷幕。中国驻英国大使馆领导、剑桥市长、剑桥大学领导、剑桥大学各院系知名教授学者、英国企业高管、创业成功代表将出席开幕式并与大家进行深入交流。
全英高层次人才创新创业大赛是由中国驻英国大使馆教育处支持，全英中国学联主办，剑桥大学和牛津大学等高校学联承办、国内地方政府、创业园等单位协办，是面向全英中国学生学者的创新创业大赛。全英高层次人才创新创业大赛也是英国华人历史上规模最大，规格最高，最专业的创新创业类赛事。全英中国学联举办的高层次人才创业大赛始于2005年9月，迄今已举办8届。大赛历年来得到中国驻英国大使馆教育处，中国科学院、欧美同学会、《神州学人》，英国学生会（NUS），英中贸易协会（CBBC）等机构的支持。第八届全英高层次人才创新创业大赛已于2014年5月4日在牛津大学开幕；初赛暨32强项目发布仪式于6月21日在伦敦商学院举行； 9月21日在杭州举行了国内半决赛并决出16强名单；10月15日在剑桥大学举行决赛及颁奖典礼。历届的全英高层次人才创业大赛都吸引了一大批海外高层次人才和优秀项目到全国各地的园区进行考察对接，大批的项目已成功落户在全国各省市的多个园区，在全球的华人圈中得到了高度赞扬。本届创业大赛立足英国，辐射欧美，面向全球集约引智和定向猎才。大赛旨在汇聚全英学生学者们的智慧，在大家创业启程之初，助你们一臂之力，帮助实现为国服务，回国服务的理想。大赛也将凝聚全英学生学者们的智慧为实现中华民族的伟大复兴的中国梦贡献一份力量。项目征集将涉及新能源、新材料、生物医药、光电、信息科技、海洋产业，管理、金融、化工、机械制造、汽车、农业等多个领域。
为了让大家有更加深入的交流，开幕式开始之前，会有简短的创业者和风投交流会。同时，主办方在开幕式结束之后精心组织了夏季金融交流酒会+garden party，地点在历史悠久的剑桥大学圣约翰学院（著名景点剑桥叹息桥所在地）。注册开幕式，可免费获取garden party门票一张。

2015全英高层次人才创业大赛详情介绍及报名方法
一、参赛对象
具有学士，硕士及博士以上学历的拟创业科技人才。
二、赛程安排
1、创业大赛报名（2015年6月1日至7月10日）
2、剑桥大学举行开幕式（2015年6月21日）
3、英国举行初赛和半决赛（2015年7-8月）
由大赛专家评审委员会对入围项目进行评审，选拔出32个项目进入半决赛。进入半决赛的32个创业团队将获得国内园区提供的国际差旅补助回国实地考察与风投对接接洽，优秀的项目在经过国内园区评审后将有机会获得100万-3000万不等的项目经费资助。特别突出的项目，经费资助额度上不封顶。
4、中国国内举行半决赛和园区考察对接（2015年9月）
国内半决赛以答辩形式进行，从中选拨出16个项目进入决赛。
5、创业大赛总决赛（2015年10月）
进入总决赛的优秀项目代表将在英国进行项目路演并接受专家和评委的现场点评，专家和评委将根据项目的价值和可行性评选出一、二、三等奖。同时，本届大赛也将评选出创新16强以及商业创意16强，并举行颁奖仪式。

2015 CSSAUK High-level Entrepreneurship Challenge Opening Ceremony

2015 marks a milestone year for UK-China relations with the bilaterally agreed UK-China Year of Cultural Exchange. Supported by the Chinese Embassy in the UK, the 9th CSSAUK High-level Entrepreneurship Challenge Opening Ceremony will take place on 21st June 2015 in Cambridge. The aim of the event is to promote networking, exchange of innovative business and entrepreneurship ideas between talented individuals. CSSAUK High-level entrepreneurship challenge is one of the largest, high-level entrepreneurship competition events organized by Chinese community in the UK, which has been organized annually for 8 years.
We are honored to have received confirmation from many eminent delegates attending this event, including delegates from Chinese Embassy in the UK, Cambridge city council, Head of School/Departments, Professors and Scholars from the University of Cambridge, Directors from local enterprises, Representatives of student entrepreneurs at the University of Cambridge.
The CSSA-CAM is a not-for-profit and non-political society officially registered at the University of Cambridge and supported by Chinese Embassy in UK. The main mission of the society is to serve the needs of the Chinese students, scholars as well as thousands of local Chinese residents in and around Cambridge. We provide welfare and community support to them by facilitating the exchange of information, ideas, opportunities, friendship as well as cultural activities among Cambridge’s Chinese, British and many other ethnic communities.
We are looking for applications from aspirational individuals to join the competition, in particular team/individuals with business and entrepreneurship ideas relating to new energy, materials, biotechnology and pharmacology, Laser electrical engineering, IT, Marine science, Management, Finances, Chemical engineering, Manufacturing, Vehicles, Agriculture.
