剑桥中国学联外联部是学联的对外窗口，主要负责学联大型活动的资金的筹集和对外关系的维护，以及大型活动和讲座嘉宾的接待工作。例如：剑桥中国发展论坛赞助支持、剑桥精英归国之旅赞助支持以及各类比赛和大型活动的接待工作。
外联部的主要活动包括剑桥春晚资金方面的赞助支持，持剑桥学联执委卡可在剑桥各商家享受的优惠折扣的洽谈，牛剑船趴场务工作对接等。
The Liaison Division connects CAM-CSSA and external entities for communication and cooperation. It is responsible for acquiring sponsorship for the major activities organised by CAM-CSSA, maintaining external relationships and hosting guests and visitors. The main functions of the division include the fund-raising and sponsorship-seeking for the Cambridge Chinese New Year Gala, the Chinese Development Forum, the CAM-CSSA Delegation trip, and the Oxbridge Boat Party. The division is also in charge of the reception of VIP guests of these events.
