1. 学联全体会员大会（AGM）初定于2012年10月27日7点至
2. 从即日起征集2011-2012学年剑桥学联竞选候选人。

凡符合候选人资格的学生、学者均可自由报名参选（
3. 从即日起征集学联换届竞选委员会，该委员会主要职能包括：
3.1 筹划和组织年度会员大会（AGM）；
3.2 审核候选人资格；
3.3 监督各候选人的宣传活动，维护竞选的公平公正与公开。

Notice for AGM and Call for Candidates
Dear members and friends,
Thank you for your support for CSSA-CAM in the last academic year. Please note that our Annual General Meeting (AGM), including Annual Summary and General Election, will be held in Michaelmas term as scheduled. The arrangement is as follows.
1. Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Saturday, October 27, 2012 in LT1, Engineering Department. The candidate list and the meeting agenda will be determined and announced two weeks before the above date.
2.According to CSSA-CAM Constitution, nomination of candidates for
following five positions is now open:
President
Vice President x2
Secretary
Treasurer
The eligibility of nominees can be found at CSSA-CAM Constitution clause 6.2 (https://cssacam.org/
3. There are also (3 or 4) open positions for returning officer (Election Committee). The duties and responsibilities of returning officers are to
3.1 organise Annual General Meeting (AGM).
3.2 check the information of candidates for the offices.
3.3 monitor the election campaign and supervise of candidates.
3.4 oversee the whole process of the election based on CSSA-CAM constitution.
4. Please send your C.V., proposed position, the names of your nominators (officer positions only) to info@cssacam.org to apply for any of the positions stated above. The deadline is 12:00 pm, Friday, October 12, 2012.
