附谭天伟院士个人简介：
谭天伟院士，男，1964年2月出生，湖南湘潭人，现任北京化工大学校长，教育部“长江学者奖励计划”特聘教授，“国家杰出青年基金”获得者，国家级高等学校教学名师，“973”项目首席科学家。2011年12月，当选为中国工程院化工.冶金与材料工程学部院士。中共党员，历任北京化工大学生命科学与技术学院院长，副校长。谭天伟教授长期致力于工业生物技术领域研究，包括生物基化学品、生物能源和生物材料。兼任中国化工学会副理事长，中国酶工程学会理事，国家生物化工重点实验室学术委员会委员等职，并任多家中英文核心刊物编委。作为项目负责人先后承担国家攻关项目、863项目、国家自然科学重点基金项目和 973项目14项。累计发表SCI论文200多篇，EI论文230多篇。以第一获奖人获得国家科技发明二等奖2项，省部级一等奖5项，二等奖5项。
教育经历
1981.9~1986.7 清华大学获学士学位。
1986.9~1987.9 清华大学获硕士学位。
1987.9~1992.12 清华大学获博士学位。
1990.2~1992.10 德国生物技术研究所和瑞典伦德大学联合博士研究生。
工作经历
1993.5~1995.6 北京化工大学博士后。
1995.6~至今北京化工大学，副教授，1996年9月提升为正教授。
1997.3~1997.8及1998.1~1998.4 瑞典Uppsala 大学访问学者。
2003.12~2007.11 担任北京化工大学生命科学与技术学院院长。
2007.11~2012.6任北京化工大学副校长、校党委常委。
2012.6~至今任北京化工大学校长。

The president of Beijing University of Chemical Engineering (BUCT), also the academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Prof. Tianwei Tan will come to meet Chinese students of Cambridge. He will share with us the academic development of the university and job opportunities for students eager to return home for career development. It is recommended to bring your CV or resumes for an interview on that day.
Prof. Tan’s meeting with Cambridge students provides an excellent information exchange platform. He will first give a presentation on “The development and future of bio-technology in industry of China”, followed by an introduction of job opportunities in BUCT. Students with science and technology background can get familiar with subject development as well as talents requirement of the country. Students will also benefit from this meeting by broaden their career chances.
BUCT was founded in 1958, is the “State 211 Project” and “State 958 Project” key university. It has very strong academic strength, contributing excellent talents to various fields. There are numerous overseas students from BUCT continuing their study and ambitious to serve our home country in the future. Prof. Tan is a specialist of Bio-Chemical Engineering.
