Our demand for talent increases as we continue to grow, so does our requirement for our people’s capabilities and composition. In 2010, we launched “CRC’s Overseas Management Trainee Program”. We plan to acquire 300 outstanding fresh graduates of Master’s degree or above from overseas in functions such as strategy management, HR, finance, internal audit, information management, and experienced professionals in industries such as finance, pharmaceuticals and law. They will be cross-trained in a systematic manner and then work in key positions at the functional departments at the Headquarters and profit centers, serving as the source and reserves of talent for CRC’s sustainable development.
Since 2010, CRC has conducted on-site recruitment sessions for four consecutive years in the UK and US. After rigorous screening, a total of around 200 talented overseas graduates and professional were selected and thereafter joined CRC. In April-May 2014, we plan to carry out our fifth overseas recruitment initiative in London, Los Angeles, and New York.
Our recruitment is mainly targeted at graduates from America’s top 50 universities, UK’s top 20 universities, and other top universities in the world, including graduates from these schools who have overseas working experience. In addition, we plan to recruit a number of experienced professionals with overseas work experience of 5 years or above, or those researchers/scholars at renowned overseas universities with previous work experience in large enterprises in China. Experienced hires will directly work at the appropriate positions at the Headquarters and profit centers.
