Position: Investment Associate/Manager/Director

Reporting line:
The candidates will report directly to Managing Director of Fosun.
5) Key responsibilities：
– Assisting the Managing Director and the team in all aspects of the firm’s operations, including but not limited to formulating and executing its overall investment strategy particularly in his/her based region industry research deal origination financial modeling, due diligence, LBO financing and other aspects of deal execution monitoring existing portfolio companies
– Being an important member of the team inhis/her based region, exhibiting the professionalism of Fosun in dealing withboth internal and external parties Desired Skills and Experience Desired experience and characteristics:
– 2015 MBA Graduating Student
– 3-8 years of working experience in related fields with reputable firms in the markets, such as: M&A associate or VP with an investment banker large investment union investment associate or VP with a private equity fund potentially an adviser from the corporate finance practice of a leading accounting firm A insurance background is preferable
– Fluent in both English/local language and Mandarin (exceptionaland motivated candidates without Mandarin capability might also be considered)
– Self-driven and highly motivated
– Good communication and analytical skills
– A university degree is mandatory
– Legally entitled to work in the local country without additional employervisa sponsorship is preferable
