目标院校：剑桥,牛津,帝国理工等世界排名前100位的知名院校
目标专业：房地产相关专业（房地产金融、土木、结构、建筑、岩土、路桥、给排水工程、海岸工程、工程管理等）
目标人群：2012, 2013,2014或2015届博士生或硕士生,特别优秀者可放宽至2016届
职业发展规划：
1. 第一年入职集团（经理级别）: 半年的周期复合式培养模式（总部与区域之间)
2.0.5后年挂职为项目副总经理: 1-2年的周期培养（负责单个项目）
3. 2.5年晋升为项目总经理:1-2年的周期培养（负责集团的多个项目）
4. 5年后凭能力晋升区域（副）总裁

Country Garden Group Global Future Leaders programme is now officially launched! We are looking for outstanding Chinese students graduating from world’s top universities to be trained to become regional presidents of the group within five years. Supervision will be provided directly by executives on one-to-one basis; competitive salary plus benefits package will be offered.

Programme Requirements:
Target institutions: Cambridge, Oxford, Imperial College and other universities in the top 100.
Target disciplines: Real estate relevant degrees (finance, civil, structural, architectural, geotechnical, road and bridge, drainage and coastal engineering, project management, etc.)
Target population: PhD and Masters graduating in 2012, 2013, 2014 or 2015; exceptionally outstanding candidates graduating in 2016 will also be considered.
Career Development Planning:
- 0 to 0.5 year: Managerial level (rotation training between headquarter and different regional offices over a course of half a year )
- After 0.5 year: promotion to deputy project manager (taking in charge of a single project over a course of 1 to 2 years)
- After 2.5 years: promotion to project manager (taking in charge of multiple projects over a course of 1 to 2 years)
- After 5 years: promotion to regional (or vice) president based on previous years’ performance
‘6 + 2’ training mode will be used and certification will be applied.
