The house is located in south Cambridge, with 10 minutes walking distance to large Sainsburys supermarket or the Cambridge leisure park, and 20 minutes walk to the city centre. The room is fully furnished with single bed, desk and chair, wardrobe and shelves. The house has two toilets, one bathroom, one kitchen, and a big garden. Rent is £220 pcm including broadband Internet. Utility bills will be shared among occupants. For single occupancy only. The house is shared by post-graduate students.
