Job title: Overseas Management Trainee
Number of hiring: 5
Selection Criteria:
MBA degree with good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin. Study abroad experience. Nationality is not limited.
Strong personal drive and willing to go the extra mile to ensure work is done efficiently together with good quality
Fast learner and solid team player – able to interact with and engage staff and managers at all levels
Innovative, and ready to solve problems
Able to deliver under tight time pressure, with effective interpersonal and communication skills
Devoted to e-commerce, with good awareness of business trends of the industry
【About the program】
Future direction: Vipshop management
Procedure
1. Training(7 days)
– Knowledge of e-commerce industry
– Introduction of the business model and culture of vipshop
– Learning about the workflow, basic administrative procedure, and job skills
– Team building(outreach activity)
2. Rotation(3-6 months)
– 1-2 months in both Business Department, customer service, logistics, and
Mobile Terminal Department (There would be some difference
according to different departments)
3. Posts determined
– Considering both personal preference and department’s needs, along with
comprehensive appraisal of both business section and HR departments, candidates will
be assigned to future department after rotation.
Salary: 600000—700000 RMB/year
