由江苏省委组织部、省国资委、省金融办共同主办的“2016年中国江苏金融领域引进海外高端人才暨跨境项目合作洽谈会”将于2016年10月5日至15日在美国、英国和香港地区举行。

Hosted by Organisation Department of the Jiangsu Province Party Committee, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Jiangsu Provincial Government and the Jiangsu Financial Service Office the Jiangsu Overseas Talent Fair And Project Conference for the Finance Industry will be held in the U.S.、UK and Hong Kong from 5th October, 2016 to 15th October, 2016.

江苏省地处中国东部沿海中部和长江三角洲地带，是中国经济发展较好的省份之一，经济总量位居全国第二，人均GDP、地域发展与民生指数（DLI）均居全国省域第一。江苏交通便捷，水、陆、空运输网络四通八达，高速公路总通车密度居全国之首，南京禄口国际机场拥有130多条国际国内航线，两年内江苏所有城市都将开通高速铁路。近几年，江苏金融业总量快速增长、金融组织及市场体系更趋完善、金融发展环境持续优化，金融配置资源的效率显著提高，形成了银行、保险、证券、担保、信托、期货等多层次多类型的金融市场主体，为经济社会发展提供了有力支撑。

Located in the Yangtze River Delta, the centre of China’s eastern coast, Jiangsu province is one of the most developed provinces in China with first ranking in GDP per capita and Development Life Index, and second in total economic output. Jiangsu also enjoys convenient access by sea, land and by air. It has the highest expressway density in China. More than 130 domestic and international air routes operate in Nanjing Lukou International Airport. All cities in Jiangsu will be connected by high-speed rail within the next two years. In recent years, Jiangsu has enjoyed a flourishing financial industry with fast-growing total volume, continuously improving financial institutions and market systems, and constantly improved conditions for further development. The allocation of financial resources is also becoming more efficient. The market is now more diverse with a vast variety of financial services such as banking, insurance, stock, assurance, trust, futures and more. These innovative developments all contribute toward the province’s overall development.

本次组团赴海外举办金融领域高端人才跨境合作洽谈会，是江苏省金融企业“走出去”的又一重要举措。参加洽谈的8家企业为：江苏银行股份有限公司、华泰证券股份有限公司、紫金财产保险股份有限公司、江苏省农村信用社联合社、江苏省信用再担保有限公司、江苏高科技投资集团有限公司、江苏省国信资产管理集团有限公司、江苏省苏豪控股集团有限公司，这些企业将带来50多个岗位需求和20多个合作需求，重点引进资产证券化、股权投资、并购投资、离岸金融、物流金融、互联网金融、保险精算、国际会计、金融大数据等方面的“高精尖缺”人才，寻求更高水平的现代金融领域投资合作的领军团队。我们还欢迎各种形式的柔性人才合作，鼓励以人才为纽带，积极开展跨境科研合作、技术合作、项目合作、投资合作等全方位柔性合作，不断提高金融企业的创新能力和国际竞争力，更好地发挥金融业支撑江苏实体经济的作用。

The fair is a part of Jiangsu’s Going Global strategy, aiming at recruiting outstanding talents and teams in various areas including assets securitisation, equity investment, M&A investment, offshore finance, logistics finance, internet finance, actuarial science, international accounting and financial big data. Eight enterprises will be represented at this fair, offering more than 50 job vacancies and 20 cooperation opportunities. Such companies include: Bank of Jiangsu, Huatai Securities Co.,Ltd., Zking Property & Casualty Insurance Co. Ltd, Jiangsu Rural Credit Union, Jiangsu Credits Re-Guarantee Co., Ltd, Govtor Capital, Ltd, Jiangsu Guoxin Investment Group Limited, and Jiangsu SOHO Holdings Group Co., Ltd. By hosting this career fair, Jiangsu is hoping to establish solid cooperation with overseas talents and teams in scientific research, technology and project and investment planning, thereby improving the innovation ability and global competitiveness of financial enterprises from that region. The financial industry is and shall continue to be a major support of Jiangsu province’s economy.

这次洽谈会8家企业的主要负责人将亲临现场，推介江苏金融企业人才与跨境项目合作的相关政策，与高端人才或项目团队领军人才进行深度交流和洽谈。我们诚邀在全球范围内有一定影响力或较高知名度的海外金融领域领军人才或项目团队参会（国籍不限），并与江苏金融企业进行灵活多样的合作，既可以直接来工作，也可以柔性引进或合作。热诚欢迎海外金融类高端人才以及主修金融、经济、大数据等相关专业的优秀领军人才参会洽谈。

Directors of the named enterprises will be on site having face-to-face communication with the applicants, explaining the recruitment policy for potential new personnel and cooperation partners. We cordially invite talents or project leaders in the financial industry to attend this career fair. Talents from across the world are all welcomed, especially those majoring in finance, economy and big data.
