A spacious double room (5X5m) for single occupancy will be available from 1st August. The house is located in south Cambridge, with 10 minutes walking distance to big Sainsburys supermarket or the Cambridge leisure park, and 20 minutes walk to the city center. The room is fully furnished with single bed, desk and chair, wardrobe and shelves, a sofa, a big dining table with chairs. The house has two toilets, one bathroom, one kitchen, and a big garden. Rent is £280 pcm including broadband Internet and council tax. Utility (gas, electricity and water) bills will be shared among occupants, which is about £20~£30 per month. For single occupancy only.
