Subject: sublet my studio apartment from Jan. 10 (long term OK)I am going to move back to my college accommodation, so I would like to sublet my studio apartment in the Midsummer Court on Manhanttan Drive from January 10 (time is flexible for a few days). It is a furnished apartment with a small kitchenette and a bathroom (parking is available). The rent is 650 pounds per month, you will need to pay 15 pounds per month for water, and the electricity bill (depending how much you use it). My lease will be over at the end of July, and you can continue the lease with the management. Please ask me for pictures or make an appointment to see the apartment if you are interested.
